TRAINING DETAILS

Due to technological advancements, people and societies worldwide are becoming aware of events much more quickly. Societies that fail to adapt to the ever-changing and developing world may face significant challenges.

Therefore, all individuals within society must be educated and encouraged to think critically. Just like other members of society, students who learn to think critically will be able to determine what they want and identify their own and society’s needs for development.

In this regard, educators play a crucial role. The duty of an educational coach is to help students, who are navigating increasingly complex urban environments, adapt more quickly to their surroundings and achieve success faster. Educational coaching is a system based on the student’s requests and aims for individual development. In addition to academic progress, this system supports students in self-awareness, gaining a sense of responsibility, and setting future goals.

Educational consulting should start from the early years of the education process. These efforts become critical during the preparation for secondary education, as the path to quality higher education is closely related to a productive secondary education experience. In this sense, middle schools hold great responsibility in shaping students’ futures.
